This is a new and exciting era for sign language interpreters, and WASLI, as a membership-led organisation, is proud to be at the forefront of developments. This website is designed to meet your needs for information and support, and to bring you up to date news of what is happening in the sign language interpreting profession.
We recognise that the situation of sign language interpreters is very different from country to country, but by sharing the knowledge and experience you have, you will strengthen and sustain others and the profession. I encourage you to become involved, contribute your views - and become a member of WASLI.
