Daniel D. Burch, Ph.D., SC:L (US)
Dr. Burch has been a certified interpreter, practicing within the community for more than 35 years. He is Vice President of Sign Language Services International, Inc., a private practice providing interpreting, mentoring, Sign Language classes, continuing education units, and consulting services.
He has been a World Federation of the Deaf "Expert in Interpreting, " a member of the Working Group that established WASLI, President and Region IV Representative of the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, Inc. (RID), Facilitator for the Organisational Board and the first Region II Representative of the Conference of Interpreter Trainers.
He is CED Professional Certified teacher of the deaf, parent of two Deaf adults, author, and national and international presenter.
